STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

Paper Round Stationery offer a free next day delivery service (from stock) with no minimum order charges. We encourage customers to bulk orders where possible as this reduces the effect on the environment and helps us to keep the service as sustainable as possible.

Please note that furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.

RETURNS

We offer a free returns service for items no longer required that have been in your possession for no longer than 14 days. Items cannot be returned for any reason after 30 days. Smaller items (with a value <£20) must be returned to us by post to reduce the impact on the environment and to enable us to keep our service sustainable and competitive. Due to our handling costs for small value items, we are unable to reimburse any costs for returning goods.

Dated products such as diaries/calendars are non-returnable as are food and drink products.

BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.

SHORTAGES AND PICKING ERRORS

If an item that you have ordered does not arrive please email us within 24 hours. Shortages and picking errors cannot be reported after this time so it is important to check your order as soon as it is received.
